A Proposal for GPW Recruitment
Foundations first. Marketing that fits.
Three months of discovery and groundwork, so the marketing that follows actually drives GPW forward.
Where you are
We don't run discovery calls for the sake of it. Here's what we picked up on.
The sectors and areas GPW serves aren't clearly articulated externally, so the market has to work out what you do.
Without a marketing partner in place, activity happens in bursts instead of building steadily, the exact thing standing between GPW and the next level Adam's after.
There's currently no ongoing web partner, so the site doesn't evolve as the business does. We'd look to refresh it, working with your current provider or independently, with copy that reflects where Adam wants to take GPW, shaped by discovery sessions with him directly.
Client relationships and testimonials are genuinely strong, the current website doesn't yet reflect any of that.
Individually, the team's LinkedIn presence isn't as strong as it could be, a missed opportunity when it's one of the most powerful tools recruiters have to build their own pipeline.
The plan
What we'll focus on over the first three months
Three workstreams, running side by side from day one.
LinkedIn for Recruiters course
Designed and run by us, for everyone in the business. From content writing that doesn't eat into their day, to rewriting profiles so they're built to attract the right ICPs, not just read like a CV.
Website redirection
Working with Adam to refine exactly which areas GPW wants to push into, then partnering with your current web provider to get the site updated, with new copy written by Strawberry throughout.
Discovery, top to bottom
Sessions with Adam and the leadership team, but just as importantly, with individual consultants too. Understanding the business from every level, not just the top, is how we work out where GPW actually needs to go.
Deliverables

A short line on how the three months are sequenced.

Investment
The split option reflects the concentrated setup work in month one.
Priced for teams of up to 10 consultants, happy to adjust for your headcount.
No 12-month contract
Most agencies want twelve months signed before they understand the business. We'd rather earn the next step, 90 days, real work in your hands, then a decision made on evidence.
£10,000
paid upfront
£12,000
split across three payments
Beyond 90 days
What happens after the first three months
Ongoing scope and investment would be agreed together once the marketing strategy is defined and signed off with Adam, built around GPW's commercial goals for the year rather than a fixed retainer decided in advance.

What clients say
Over the last year, we've partnered with Strawberry Studios and all I can say is that they have been absolutely brilliant to work with. What Strawberry bring to us is their creativity, flexibility and adaptability, we've put them in situations where they've had to think on their feet, on the day, on how to shoot and how to edit, and we've really appreciated that. It's been a brilliant partnership, and one that will continue for years to come.
I didn't want to be just another recruitment business in Leeds, I wanted to stand out. Strawberry put together a strategy I could actually visualise: to achieve X, we need to do A, B, C in between. What I found more and more was the value they added as a genuine creative partner, someone to bounce ideas off and execute high-quality, disruptive campaigns with.
What Strawberry bring is their creativity, flexibility and adaptability. We've put them in situations where they've had to think on their feet, and they've delivered every time. It's been a brilliant partnership, and one that will continue for years to come.
